Dessie started SafeTec Solutions in 2021 after seeing the need to simplify the completion, management and auditing of on-site safety checks. Through the use of QR codes and digital systems this has now become a reality and he firmly believes SafeTec has the potential to change how Safety Management teams work in the future.
He has 20+ years experience working in the construction industry and has been providing health and safety consultancy and Plant Training for over 15 years for a range of small to large businesses across Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Dwayne Daly
Product Development / Technical Support
Dwayne has been involved with SafeTec Solutions from the outset; responsible for the product’s technical development, maintenance and successful deployment.
He has 20+ years of experience in Computing and Information Technology. He has worked as an IT Consultant; and as a lecturer in Computer Programming and Creative Media.
Paul McParland
Company Director
Paul has 18+ years’ experience within the construction and manufacturing industry. A dedicated Health and Safety professional who runs a successful consultancy and recruitment company carrying out audits, training and providing staffing solutions for several reputable clients across ROI and the UK.
Paul worked alongside fellow Director Dessie Black for many years and saw the potential in SafeTec Solutions and the need to simplify some of the administrative issues companies are faced on a regular basis, He believes SafeTec has the potential to change the industry for the better improving compliance in every sector its used.
