At SafeTec Solutions, we have developed a solution to your on-site safety check concerns. A paperless safety check solution which utilises the mobile phone in each employee’s pocket. By scanning a QR code presented on plant machinery or on laminated sheets, safety checks can be completed quickly, easily and with immediate feedback to the administrative side of your business. Not only can our product reduce the time spent completing safety checks, it also greatly reduces the associated administration; and the stress in preparing and performing safety audits. We provide a cost-effective solution, using template safety checks which are customized to your needs. We can even assist with providing multi-lingual versions of the forms.

Automatic E-Mail Alerts

We can set up triggers within any Form, so that if a specific issue is highlighted, or any issue has been observed, a customised email can be sent to any designated people on-site. This allows speedy response and rectification of any issues found.

Embed Files and Web URLs

We can embed files and web links within your Forms. This means that your induction sign-off sheet can include the induction itself, or you can include links to machinery and equipment safety guidance with the your safety checks

Whether it’s a presentation, image or safety documentation; it doesn’t matter. Any image or document can be added to your Forms and be accessed right there on mobile devices and tablets. You can now further reduce the need for in-person inductions and reduce printed safety paper work.

File Upload Support

When you need to collect files along with data, a drop-box can be created within the Forms. This means files, documents or camera phone images can be uploaded directly within a Form. This might be to upload one’s Safety Cert or to show photo evidence of an identified issue/accident.

These files are tagged with the name of the uploader, making them easy to identify.

Outputted Records for Individual Machines / Equipment

We create per-machine/equipment records, which means there’s no need to look through the master spreadsheets to view the safety checks for any particular piece of equipment.

These can be accessed through the MS Team, or by scanning a QR code on-site; which means checking the status of your equipment is both quick and easy

Auto-Filling of Matrices

A common part of business is to store data in spreadsheets as part of a matrix. Whether it is to store training records, store talk-box talk statuses, or to keep tracking of time sheets, SafeTec has you covered.

Employees can fill their data into a simple Form, and have it automatically added to the correct rows and columns of a matrix spreadsheet. This takes the sting out of keeping tracking of all this data by hand, and ensures the data does directly to where it needs to be. The records can even be automatically highlighted in colours to let you know if something is expiring!

Multiple Worksites Supported

Where it is of benefit to the company, we can create multiple “channels” within the Microsoft Teams, where multiple worksites/site managers exist. This is paired along with duplicates of forms for each ‘channel’ allowing you to assign a manager to different sites.

Using this system, you can ensure that site managers can only see the safety checks relevant to their site, whilst the administrative team can see all sites and checks completed. This also means that automated emails can be sent directly to the site managers who need to respond them.
